including daily, monthly and
yearly rain measurements and
amounts of rain per hour.

Indoor display showing the
current weather station
readings.

Processes, transmits and stores
data.

- Connects the station to a
Server Computer, distributes the
data to the WeatherBug Network

Lightning Detector -
Boltek
Storm Tracker Lightning Detector
consists the following:
Storm Tracker Lightning Detector
Sensor -
Directional antenna, detects the
low frequency radio signals
produced by lightning electrical
discharge. It is located
on top of the building at 29
feet above ground to clear any
metal in the area. Has a
range from 0-300 miles away.
In some cases it can detect
lightning up
to 600 miles away.
Storm
Tracker PCI Card
- A circuit board that
plugs into a PCI bus slot of a
computer
that converts the low frequency
signals into data.
Lightning Software
- Converts the data
into an image. This also
identifies the type of stroke,
the severity and range.
Lightning Computer ID#-212
- Houses the Storm
Tracker card utilizes
Aninoquisi's
Lightning 2000 software.
